Day 728

Well!! I have just witnessed the wonderful Andy Murray WINNING Wimbledon! Wow!!

Tell you what i’m feeling a bit dodgy today but this makes up for it!! The last game of the match it kept going to deuce and back and forth and at one point honestly my anxiety just kicked off because of the anticipation! haha! i was so nervous!! I had to force myself into breathing techniques because it was making me uncomfortable and i didn’t want it to get out of control and it pretty much worked!!

I’m sorry i haven’t posted much!! Generally things have been pretty much the same!! I’ve done a few things which have generally gone better then expected, i don’t want to be in the house all the time so i happily go out even when i know i’ll feel a bit of anxiety because it’s better than being stuck at home and generally i feel better for it!

I’ve done a lot of reading The Hobbit whilst i’ve been out waiting for my dad and that’s helped a bunch!! But i finished that in the early hours of this morning so i’ll have to find something new to read now!! :D

7th of July is certainly turning into an interesting day!!

– Sir Arthur Conan Doyle died 7th of July 1930 (Author of Sherlock Holmes)

– Apparently also the Birthday of Holmes companion Dr John H Watson!! (I love him..fictional or not)

– Of course we sadly remember the devastating London bombings on 7th of July 2005 RIP to all victims

– It’s my cousins wedding anniversary…quite a random fact…

– 7th of July 2011 was the world premiere of the last Harry Potter film The Deathly Hallows Part 2

– I finished reading The Hobbit today!! Which was just an amazing experienced i LOVED it!!

Haha anyway…i need to lie down now after that tennis match!! xD Still don’t know what i’m going to do about comic-con Hm…

Day 358

It’s been an interesting day!

Last night, my anxiety had one of those moments where it decides that just sitting and watching TV is too much and my heart goes into hammer mode. Now it doesn’t freak me out TOO much because i know it’s happened before, but it’s frustrating when it will NOT go away and after a while my chest hurts, it probably winds me up to the point where i can’t relax…

It even meant i kept turning my tv on when i went to bed in order to distract myself from it…because every time i tried to sleep i could just hear “THUMP THUMP THUMP THUMP” haha i got to sleep in the end though thank goodness..though it kinda carried over to this morning a bit..annoying..

But at about 12 noon today i went to Charlie’s and we watched tennis! She went down to Wimbledon the other day and saw Andy Murray play for a little while..she brought me back a really cute little wimbledon badge :D!! It was just Charlie and me in the house which was nice :) and a good thing for me i think, my dad called at about half 3 to see if i was coming back and i said sure, then he was like “do you wanna walk back?” because he thought it would do me good so Charlie and me walked back to mine :)

I think last night considered it all went great!! I had the odd uncomfortable moments but nothing i couldn’t deal with :)

It’s worn me out though, adreneline and such, i’ll sleep tonight i think!

Putting some things on my ipod…how come..when you wrap up headphones all lovely and tightly, they still manage to get into loads of knots when you take it out of your bag again…

I think the minimum day i could ring the mental health people from the doctors was today, except i had it in my head all morning it was tomorrow..then realised it was today xD but they never work very quickly xD so i think i’ll ring them up tomorrow and see how that goes!! :) I’ll let you know of course ;)

Day 351

Well! After a year of just maths maths maths maths and no time for anything else!….I have re-discovered my joy of painting :D Alright so, obviously when you do art forever you don’t just forget how to do things, but it was rather alien…

I was determind not to lead myself into what i usually do, which is draw it…quite happy, start painting..it immediately looks loads worse than what i imagined and there’s no way of fixing it so it just ends up in the bin hahaha xD But i was like “NO! JUST..KEEP GOING!”

It’s hard to be pleased with everything because you want everything to look good straight away without giving time for building up layers and things…i mean okay…it’s not amazing and lovely and perfect..but hell it took me the best part of 3 days!! hahaha

Hmm..looks quite pretty in that effect! xD

I’ll upload a proper picture sometime but for now you just get the above…and sorry you can’t see the colours because i like keeping the sepia tone to my blog xD If anyone recognises it as a Hobbit house…i had a lot of Hobbit fangirl moments the other day and i thought this could express them nicely hahah xD!!

• Djokovic [Serbia] – Number 1 in the world right now, won Wimbledon last year, didn’t really know of him until last year but he’s awesome!
• Federer [Oh gawd..err..Switzerland..i think]- Number….3? Right now, i think, first person i ever saw win Wimbledon in…2009 i think, my fave player :)
• Heather Watson [Britain] – She’s like 19 or something…but yeah, being British was the main reason i watched her xD Her first win at Wimbledon yesterday :)
• Laura Robson [Also Britain] – She’s been going since the juniors i’ve heard about her- again because she’s British, she went out today but she’s good!
• Tsonga [France] – Possibly number 5…or 6 in the world at the moment. Liked watching him since he played last year, he beat Federer and i can’t help but have respect for the man he’s a MACHINE!
• Nadal [Spain] – Number 2 in the world right now..i think..just won the French open by beating Djokovic..bloody awesome game..he always looks really scary and angry until he wins xD which he usually does, can’t diss him though he’s very good!
• Andy Murray [Well..i don’t know…the general thought is British if he wins, Scottish if he loses..HAHA bless him, he’s the new Tim Henman(used to play for Britain) and we all watch him like a hawk until he loses or wins…xD the country is divided over him!] – He’s number 4 in the world i think, as i say, he’s our sort of main guy to watch..he doesn’t usually win the whole thing but to be fair he does pretty well!
